Well, when we went through the check-in Extra Resort Fee’s/Extra Parking Fee’s Slow and long elevator ride, I Noticed that you needed a door code that was never given. Immediately walking through the door we noticed where the lock was, was cracked pretty bad. As we walked through the place, noticed the scuffed up, and dirty walls/baseboards/floors. The furniture is Old and NOTHING like their pictures!! I pulled out the bedside drawer to put a couple of things away and noticed some gunk on the drawer(I did Not want to put anything in the drawer because of it!!). I text pictures and videos to the property manager. She said she’d get someone over in the morning to clean. I gave her a 6 HOUR window for them to come clean while we were on a Fishing excursion. Supposedly someone came by to clean during those 6 hours (Which the baseboards/walls/floor/drawer was in the same condition. NOTHING was cleaned) Finally, someone showed up, To “Triple Check” 2 hours AFTER they said someone would be by(after the 6hr window)… But by then we were tired and ready to take showers. Paying over $2,000 for 3 nights and you’re sleeping next to Dirty/Hairy/Filthy baseboards Wasn’t Right!! All Management would Do is pay the “Cleaning Fee” of $150!! They wouldn’t even take care of the Management Fee, Even though it’s Not Being Properly Managed!!! Sad, I spent more time taking pictures of ALL the scratched and dented furniture, Digged up walls, and Filthy baseboards/floors, ETC instead of the view!!
