Whether you’re here to relax poolside, play, or explore South Florida, Palm Fiction was designed to be part of the vacation—not just where you sleep.



The Space:

PRIMARY BEDROOM

The primary suite features a king bed, large Smart TV, and a dedicated workspace for two, giving you plenty of room to settle in whether you’re relaxing or working remotely.

The suite also includes its own private en suite bathroom.



BEDROOM 2

The second bedroom features two queen beds and its own Smart TV, making it a spacious and comfortable setup for families, friends, or groups traveling together.



BEDROOM 3

The third bedroom offers a flexible bunk setup with a twin bed on top, full bed below, and pull-out twin trundle underneath. A Smart TV completes the room, making it an especially fun setup for kids or guests who appreciate having their own space.



BATHROOMS

In addition to the primary en suite, the home includes a second full bathroom located off the hallway with a walk-in shower.



LIVING ROOM & GAMES

Bright, comfortable, and designed for spending time together, the living room features a plush sofa, lounge chairs, and a large Smart TV for movie nights or relaxing after a day out. Two hanging swing chairs add a playful place to read, sip your morning coffee, or simply hang out. For a little friendly competition, the living area also includes a 3-in-1 game table that transforms between foosball, ping pong, and air hockey.



KITCHEN & DINING

The spacious, fully equipped kitchen is designed for both cooking and gathering, with full-size appliances, cookware, dishes, and everyday essentials for meals at home. A large dining table anchors the adjoining dining area, giving your group plenty of room for breakfast before heading out, dinner together, or a leisurely brunch at home.



PRIVATE BACKYARD & SALTWATER POOL

Step outside and Palm Fiction transforms into your own private South Florida playground. At the center of the backyard is a sparkling saltwater pool surrounded by tropical greenery and plenty of space to enjoy the sunshine. Stretch out beside the pool, settle into the hammock beneath the trees, or spend the afternoon relaxing in the water. The backyard and pool are completely private to your group during your stay.



PUTT-PUTT & OUTDOOR GAMES

Palm Fiction’s backyard was designed for more than lounging. Grab a putter and challenge your group on the private backyard mini putt-putt course, or play a round of cornhole on the grass. It’s an easy way to spend an afternoon at home without ever needing to leave the property.



OUTDOOR LIVING & DINING

When you’re ready to slow things down, gather around the outdoor dining table for a meal al fresco or settle into the patio furniture with a drink. As evening arrives, string lights create a relaxed atmosphere for enjoying the backyard long after the South Florida sun goes down.



LOCATION

Palm Fiction is located in a residential Hollywood neighborhood approximately five minutes from the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Downtown Hollywood, Dania Pointe, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and South Florida’s beaches are all within easy driving distance.



Whether your plans involve nights at the Hard Rock, days by the pool, trips to the beach, or simply staying home and enjoying everything in the backyard, Palm Fiction gives your group plenty of ways to make the stay your own.



GOOD TO KNOW



Pool Heating: Pool heating is available for an additional $25 per day and must be purchased for the full length of your reservation. Please request heating at least 24 hours before arrival to allow the pool time to reach temperature.



Pool Service: The pool is professionally serviced 1–2 times per week to maintain water quality and cleanliness. Service takes place on a weekday between approximately 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., and a technician may briefly enter the private backyard during your stay to complete routine maintenance.



Mature Trees & Pool Debris: The backyard is surrounded by beautiful mature trees and tropical landscaping, so you may occasionally notice leaves or other natural debris in the pool between professional services. This is a normal part of the outdoor environment and does not affect the cleanliness or safety of the pool.



Pack 'n Play: A Pack 'n Play is available for guests traveling with little ones and can be found in the primary bedroom closet.



Tropical Environment: South Florida’s warm climate means you may occasionally encounter insects, lizards, or other small wildlife, even with regular professional pest control. If you notice anything that needs attention during your stay, please let us know so we can take care of it promptly.



Pets: Pets are welcome for a $120 fee per pet. Please keep pets leashed when outside the property and pick up after your pet, including in the private backyard.



Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Early check-in and late check-out may be available for $35 per hour, subject to availability. Because availability depends on our cleaning and reservation schedule, we typically cannot confirm these requests until the day of arrival or departure.



Luggage Drop-Off: Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate luggage drop-offs or storage outside of your confirmed check-in and check-out times.
