Aggressive TimeShare Agents

I've stayed at other timeshare properties through VRBO and never had agents that were so AGGRESSIVE about pushing their timeshares. It really turned me off to the property. The room itself was clean and spacious. The property and pool was very busy. And the TV cable service was poor (weak signals error messages blocking channels)

Club Wyndham Palm Aire

We enjoyed our spacious condo and the amenities at Wyndham Palm Aire. Upon check in they will pressure you to listen to a time share pitch. Do not do it! They hold you hostage and we did not even get the "gifts"(free trips and hotel credit) they promised. The unit was overall clean except for the carpet which turned our feet black every time we went barefoot. The town of Pompano Beach is not very nice. I would not stay here again because I would choose a nicer town like Boca Raton.

The room was up to date. The property was well maintained. It was a convenient location. The gym was well equipped. The manicurist at the salon was meticulous.The hallways were kept way too cold. WiFi was sporadic at times. Difficult getting a tennis court since there’s only one. Just minor issues. Very nice place on the whole.

Pompano Beach

The check-in/check-out process was quick and easy. The room was clean and well furnished with appliances and cookware. The master bedroom had a washer dryer, which is a nice touch. The resort did have security personnel, as well as shares deputies on site, which provided a good sense of security, however, it made us question the neighborhood that resort was located. The only con to the resort is the distance from the beach. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Absolutely amazing

This condo was spotless. Pools were beautiful and communication was awesome! Would definitely recommend. We actually tried to book additional nights however it was already booked which is no surprise. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will definetely be back

Very good but not great

The property and the unit were very clean and well kept. The check in process took a long time, so be sure to account for that. The pools are also beautiful, but were not really warm enough to swim in (during late December/early January). We really enjoyed the other amenities, like basketball, pickleball, and mini golf. Its nice that the property offers these since there isn't much else to do nearby. It was nice to be able to access the beach at the other Wyndham properties, definitely a plus! And the unit itself came equipped with all basic dishes, soaps, toilet paper, etc, which was very helpful. Would we stay here again? Maybe, but we would look around for a newer property and one with a better location first.

Decent vacation

Overall, I would say our vacation and stay here was decent. The room was nice and clean, it over looked the pool, and it was easy to get to things in the area. The only drawbacks were that the hotel demanded a different security deposit, versus what the paperwork from the host and confirmation email says. The hotel refused to honor what the paperwork stated so you have to pay the higher amount that the hotel requests. Also, they really do pressure you and do everything possible to get you to attend a time share meeting and can be very pushy about it until you finally just walk away after saying no many times. There are A LOT of families so expect to hear screaming kids just about every day at the pool. And a late check-out option was available but they never marked our account so the communication and planning is bad. We found out the day before we checked out that they never added late check out for us so we weren't able to take advantage of it. Overall though, it was a nice property and we would consider staying here again if no other option was available.

Great Stay

First Visit to Florida

It was out very first visit to the state of Florida, and because the experience was so great we will definitely be back in the near future. The kids loved the resort more then the beach.

Few things lacking.

Overall great. But info on checkout missing. Such as run dishwasher, take out trash. Or not! Drop off wrist bands. Printed list of tv channels. List on tv difficult to see. Safe is almost unusable. At knee level difficult for older adults. Needed my 8 yr old to put in code and then to unlock it. Needs to be at eye level, not knee level.

Quick Getaway

The Palm-Aire was great. It was located within a great distance of many places to visit. South Beach Miami about 40 Min. Las Olas Blvd.15 Min. The beach 10 Min. Aventura Mall 25 Minutes. It was a nice center place to stay. The layout of the property dosent feel like a Hotel it feels like Resort or even your own home. I had a 2 bedroom although it was just my wife and I. So much room. it was great .
