Behind the hedges on a quiet Lake Ridge street, the backyard does most of the talking. The pool sits at the center of it, ringed by palms and greenery, with a covered pergola off to one side where an outdoor table for six waits in the shade. The BBQ is a few steps away, the lounge seating is arranged for the long stretch of afternoon when nobody wants to move, and the yard splits evenly enough between sun and shade that everyone finds their spot without negotiating for it.

Paradise Stay is really two homes sharing that one yard: a main house and a separate guest house, each with its own fully equipped kitchen, stainless appliances, and enough counter space to actually cook on. Moving between the two means stepping outside — which in South Florida reads less like an inconvenience than an excuse. It's a setup that solves the usual group-trip problem, giving two families or two couples their own front door, their own coffee maker, and their own morning pace, without anyone having to book two separate places.

Inside, the layout is open and uncomplicated. The living area is roomy and comfortable, with a large Smart TV for movie nights and board games stocked for the afternoons that turn rainy or too hot to be useful. The dining area seats six, close enough to the kitchen that whoever's cooking stays in the conversation.

Each of the three bedrooms is set up with a queen bed and kept simple and restful, and three full bathrooms — every one of them with a walk-in shower — mean the morning shuffle stays short. The driveway holds three cars alongside the house, so parking sorts itself out on arrival.

You're in Lake Ridge, a quiet residential pocket just north of Sunrise Boulevard and a short walk from its run of restaurants and cafés. The Galleria is under a mile east for shopping and a movie, and Holiday Park — ball fields, tennis courts, walking paths, a dog park — sits about the same distance the other way. Fort Lauderdale Beach is roughly five minutes by car, with Hugh Taylor Birch State Park's trails, lagoon, and mangroves tucked right behind the dunes and the Bonnet House gardens just south of it. Las Olas Boulevard's galleries, boutiques, and sidewalk restaurants are a few minutes further on, and the Water Taxi picks up nearby for a slow loop through the canals and inland waterways that earned this city its "Venice of America" nickname. Wilton Manors is about ten minutes north when you want a change of scenery, and Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International is a straight twenty-minute run south.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
