Great stay!!

We rented this last minute because the first home we rented canceled on us. The owner was very quick to respond. The details of the house were accurate. It came well equipped with anything you need in the kitchen. They also provided beach towels which was great!! House was clean and in a beautiful neighborhood. My only recommendation would be to put a table out by the pool. It would’ve been nice to have something to set food and drinks on. The pool was great!! Would definitely come back!!

Excellent Experience

The property is exactly as described/depicted. The location is amazing - literally 5-10 walk to the beach. The owner - HVR - was wonderful! They accommodated our early arrival. When we arrived, the property was spotless clean. Any issue we had, the owner was quick to respond and address. It is obvious that the host runs a truly professional operation. We will surely be back at this or another HVR property.

Pleasant home

This home was nice and pleasant and the host very responsive. It is fairly close to the beach but wasn’t close enough for us to walk, we had to drive and park in a ramp near the beach. We had chosen the home based on a five minute walk but I’d say it is more like 12-15 minutes. I thought there would be a bathtub from the listing, but both bathrooms had large showers. The kitchen had a basic set of utensils and they provided one roll of paper towels, some Tide pods and bath tissue. We picked up our own pool toys, beach chairs, beach ball, etc and just left them at the house (sometimes those things are provided). The pool was comfortable and had a “shelf” for sitting, which was fun. Overall a positive experience, thank you for letting us stay at this property!

Gorgeous

This house was perfect for our group. Extremely clean. There was enough beds, towels and space for everyone to be very comfortable. Finally somewhere that had tons of clothes hangers! Very close to the beach. Communication with management was quick and efficient everytime I reached out to them. The pool was very clean and so nice to have. Only thing worth commenting on was that the smaller beds are much much more comfortable than the kind bed. Not a huge deal but the king bed was very firm if that's an issue anyone is concerned about. Highly recommend!!

Exceptional Location Near Beach

We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations and neighborhood. We found that we enjoyed having a quite enclosed pool area to relax and spend time. The walk to the beach was not too far. However, we took multiple trips to the beach and downtown using the Circuit ride system. (Strongly recommend) Having a full kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals and/or have a quick coffee in the morning was great. There were plenty of towels for all 7 of us, including beach towels. If we make a future trip to Hollywood Beach, this is where we would stay!!

Clean house private pool! 5 min walk from beach!!

House was perfectly clean kitchen is updated and full with appliances. 4 rooms one masterpiece bed room and 3 rooms with double beds. Private pool was the best part and only a 5 min walk from the beach! Definitely will book again.

Nice Place

The home was clean and sanitized. Pool was cleaned twice per week. 5 minute walk to boardwalk and restaurants. Only two gripes: 1.)pool filter and equipment is loud and right next to you by the pool and it runs from 6am - 9pm. 2.) wish there was a backyard table with chairs but with filter running, we would never of sat out there for dinner. Otherwise, nice place and pool area gets sun all afternoon. I would stay here again for sure.

Great house

The house was very clean and spacious. The house is in a walkable location, only about a 15 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. The yard is on the smaller side, but it was great to come back to the pool after a day at the beach. We had plenty of space for our group of 5. The house is as shown in the pictures.

Amazing amazing stay!

My coworkers and I came down from North Carolina for our yearly vacation and this place was absolutely spotless upon arrival and everything was furnished but our food and drinks. It definitely exceeded our expectations and the location was perfect! The owners always replied swiftly. We’ll definitely be back in the future!

The house and pool were perfect!!! Large, private, and a great location!

Large bedrooms and the master bathroom has a huge, tiled shower. 2 bedrooms have firm beds and the other 2 bedrooms have softer beds. The sectional couch is huge and comfortable. Plenty of towels. New stacked washer and dryer was super convenient. The pool gets great morning sun and has a canopy for shade if anyone wants to take a break from the sun or enjoys reading. We loved the large steps going into the pool. The first step is like a platform which would be great for little kids. Our group was 6 then 7 adults. We loved hanging by the pool. Lots of lounge chairs and the pool edge is smooth and doesn’t snag your swimsuit! We grilled one day. The walk to the boardwalk and beach was pretty. Great view over the bridge! We loved eating at the Taco Shack off the strip but the Taco spot was good as well. Live music at the outdoor theater was fun Friday night. We did a little shopping as well. Overall, a great vacation. Fun spots to explore like Hollywood circle and even drive down to the keys! The weather was beautiful every day and Alex was more than accommodating. Great communication before and during our stay! Thank you for sharing this wonderful house where we got to make memories to last a lifetime.

Vi hadde en fin ferie i huset som lÄ veldig greit til.

Greit hus som ligger i en rolig vei nÊr stranden og med Publix og andre butikker en kort kjÞretur unna. Vi var 9 personer, 7 voksne og 2 barn, men huset er ikke tilpasset sÄ mange personer. SÊrlig fordi det bare er 2 bad, hvorav 1 er en suite med det ene soverommet. Ellers var eiers representant svÊrt behjelpelig med Ä ordne opp og skaffe ting som manglet i huset. Men vi hadde det fint og alle likte seg veldig godt i Hollywood
