Perfect location, just like pics!
We had a fantastic stay at this rental home! We stayed for 8 nights with 7 people (youngest was 12, oldest was 75) and everyone had a great time. The house is super clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the appliances looked new, every room has a bathroom (only 2 share), the A/C worked perfectly and there was a TV in each room, though we only watched in the living room due to the comfy auto-recline couches. The outdoor space is actually better than the pics as the pool is well-maintained and the covered area has big fans, lots of seating, a sink, and a fridge. Mini-golf is on the side (have to bring your own ball, but has several putters), and a covered grill is in the large backyard space. We didn’t use the spa (it was July), but it looked nice. The rental company was responsive, the house had plenty of beach towels (have to bring your own chairs, umbrellas, and cooler or you can rent) and the laundry/dishwasher were lifesavers. Everything you could need is right in the area. The beach is a short walk away (8 mins) and is well-maintained, family-friendly, and huge so you can spread out. The Broadwalk has every type of food, shop, entertainment, etc. Publix is right up Hollywood Blvd and so are shops, restaurants, and easy access to go north to Fort Lauderdale or south to Miami. We had so much fun at Senor Frogs and spent a lot of time strolling the broadwalk with ice cream and drinks. The locals seemed friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this home and would stay again!
