This comfortable vacation rental accommodates up to 7 guests and features:
Master Bedroom: King bed
Guest Bedroom: Queen bed and a bunk bed with a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top
For safety, the top bunk is recommended for children and smaller adults only.

Pet Policy

Dogs are permitted in designated pet-friendly properties only, subject to the following rules and restrictions:
Weight Limit: Dogs must weigh 40 pounds or less.
Pet Fee: A nonrefundable $100 pet fee applies.
Number of Dogs: A maximum of two dogs is permitted with prior approval.
Breed Restrictions: Certain breeds may be restricted based on the property owner's insurance policy or condominium association regulations. All dogs must be approved prior to arrival.
Aggressive Dogs: Dogs with a known history of aggressive behavior or biting are not permitted.
Beach Restrictions: Dogs are not permitted on Okaloosa County beaches. Violations may result in fines of up to $500.
Common Areas: Dogs are not permitted to use the condominium's common areas for walking or pet relief. Dogs must be taken off the property for bathroom breaks. Owners are responsible for immediately cleaning up after their pets.
Leash Requirement: Dogs must be leashed at all times while being taken to and from the rental unit.
Elevator Restrictions: Dogs may only ride in elevators while being held.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or additional expenses resulting from their pets.
Prior Approval: All dogs must be disclosed and approved by Sugar Sands Vacation Rentals before arrival. Unauthorized pets may result in additional charges or termination of the reservation, subject to applicable law.
