With 1,089 sq. ft. of comfortable living space, peaceful water views, a private balcony, pool, hot tub, beach service, and room for up to 4 guests, this is the perfect coastal escape for couples or small families.

One of the best parts of Sweet Home Okaloosa is the view! Step onto your private balcony overlooking the bay and start your morning with coffee while watching boats cruise by and keeping an eye out for dolphins playing in the water.

After a day at the beach, come home, pour your favorite drink, and relax by the water. Whether you're enjoying the view from the living room or sitting outside on the balcony, this condo offers a peaceful place to slow down and enjoy island life.

- No third-party bookings allowed.
- Signed rental agreement & security verification must be completed within 48 hours of the reservation
- Due to strict HOA rules, guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children are always welcome with their parents.
- Strict max occupancy - Babies, infants and children are included in occupancy count.
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.
- Due to severe allergies, there are absolutely no animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
