    Located in the beautiful Blu Resort on Okaloosa Island and away from the crowds. This condo screams class (politely of course). I hope you brought your flip flops because that view will knock your socks right off!!

    About the condo:

    * Open floor plan with plenty of room for everyone.
    * Kitchen has large quartz island with seating (along with large table in dining room), double ovens for the chef in the family as well as gas stove top range and plenty of space for the whole family to participate. *

    * 3 bedrooms with King beds and attached bathrooms, Master bathroom has free standing soaking tub as well as walk in shower. 4th bedroom has bunk bed.

    * Outside you will find 300 feet of private beach , 2 large pools, hot tub, state of the art fitness center, beach side fire pit, gated security and a large grilling area.

We have stayed at multiple places along this street on Okaloosa Island and this is by far my favorite of all. There's plenty of space for the 7 adults we traveled with, including the dining room table! We will certainly return to this unit on our next visit to the area.

We absolutely loved our time here and will be back! It’s the perfect facility for any age or group size. It’s easy to get to the pools and a short walk to the beach. We used the fire pit as well and that was nice. Overall just loved the property and have no complaints whatsoever!

Weekend with the kids

Family of six, very comfortable and had everything in the kitchen to cook for the weekend. Was able to sit on the balcony and watch the kids play on beach. Every one of us enjoyed this place very much. Can't wait until next time.

We had such a wonderful time. The host was more than accommodating, the dryer in the unit was out of commission during our stay, but they brought us extra towels during our visit and even offered to take our laundry and have it done for us during our trip. As well as being extremely understanding when we were late checking out. If I could give 10 stars I would. Definitely recommend to anybody. Looking for a great family stay. We will definitely be back.

Great location - Beach was not overcrowded for this time of year. Unit was as described and would recommend for larger families. Only issue was with A/C but they resolved that fairly quickly.

Nice property amenities. Beautiful views. Easy access to pools and beach. Would def stay again! My only negative is the strict only 2 parking spaces. There were plenty of available spaces. The option to purchase an extra parking pass would be nice.

Condo was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Check in was super easy and we were able to check in when condo was cleaned before 4! Condo looks exactly like the pics on line. Smaller property so we did not have to fight for parking, pool area or front row beach access. We would come back for sure.

The view of the ocean was amazing! It was so nice to wake up each morning and sit out on the deck and see the dolphins. The room was the perfect size for our family of 7, however it would be nice if some supplies were able to be left there for the next renters. It is very costly to buy all the supplies and then have to throw them away.The only downfall of our stay was right when we got there, we were not able to get in the gate, pool area, or beach because we didn't receive the codes. I was thankful that after several minutes of trying the codes I received, a renter came in and gave us the code. I called the after hours number and never heard back until the following morning. I am not sure how we would have been able to access our condo if it wasn't for the help of a current guest.

GREAT Stay!

We had a great stay at blu 407! The property was perfect for our group of 6; excellent views, beautiful pools, easy beach access, quiet location, but close to busy Destin!!! Would definitely recommend to friends/family and would stay here again! The only items missing were food storage containers in the kitchen-- but really not a big deal. Next time, I'll just know to bring my own.

Beautiful condo!

The condo was well appointed and had everything that we needed. The beach was beautiful! Thank you to the management team, Julie, Robyn, and Jennifer. There were a few hiccups, but they immediately addressed them. The Platinum Beach service was a plus. A shout out and a big thank you to Megan, the beach attendant for having everything set up for us every morning! We would love to stay here again!

May 2024 vacation

We came down to stay and celebrate my son graduating college. The view was beautiful, we felt safe being in a gated community, and the pool area was lovely. The condo was clean and spacious. We were just a bit farther out than we usually stay and we enjoy walking to restaurants so that was the only issue we had. It did not hinder us from having fun. I'd recommend this property to others.

Our stay was okay

Condo was nice. Lack of communication from Best Beach Gateaway regarding a non functioning shower prior to us checking in. We had 8 people in our group and that made it inconvenient at times. Location was great, beach was great. Well never book on VRBO using Best Beach Gateaway.
