our host was excellent; very responsive and understanding. Our expectations were much higher being that we were familiar with staying at other condos nearby. however this townhome needs a lot of work, maintenance and updating. kitchen needs to be stocked with essentials, mattresses need to be replaced, curtains need to be in every room covering the entire window ; shower needs to be cleaned and plumbing needs to be checked as drain was poorly. Gutters need to be cleaned ; full of leaves/pine needles as we got some rain and at the main entrance there was a huge cascade at the front door . Our SUV did not fit in the garage. Floors in kitchen cracked and uneven. Trim on floors is loose and not safely secured, Back door to open back yard with no privacy was broken. Location was fantastic; we just needed it to be close to the hospital since our daughter was having a baby; Close to walmart, Sams and restaurants, Townhome is in cult de sac and very quiet area; no sidewalks. Suggestions : master bedroom bed should be a King at least. backyard grill cleaned and in working condition and maybe a little more privacy, we totally appreciated Mr Cortes time and assistance with our requests. Other than that safe area and not too far from Ft Walton beach.
