We had a great vacation at Destin West Beach and Bay Resort. We stayed on the bayside and spent most of our time in the huge pool and lazy river. The unit was perfect size for the three of us and everything was easy and clean. The host is very responsive and helpful. The atmosphere at DW is laid back and friendly. It definitely has a family feel and a great mix of young and old. I highly recommend and will return in the future.

Lovely Condo

Our Family had an awesome stay here for vacation . Very clean, comfortable and beautiful view from our balcony. Lori was a wonderful host made check in great and was able to enjoy everything as soon as we arrived. Would highly recommend

This condo is very nice and Lori has thought of everything to make your stay extra special. From sand toys and engraved pool towels to an air fryer and Keurig, this unit had everything. We arrived early, I sent Lori a message and she called me right away to say we could get in early. She definitely wants everyone to have a great vacation. We loved the lazy river, I couldn’t begin to tell you how many laps we did in it. The real tell all comes when an issue arises. We had water leaking in from a unit above. I called Lori, she answered right away and sent someone to check it out and she took care of everything. I would definitely rent from Lori again. Thank you again, Lori.

The Great Getaway

We had a long road trip through the night to get our big family to our destination and we actually arrived ahead of schedule and had quite a few hours before our scheduled check in time so we figured "why not inquire about an early check-in?". I didnt feel out of the way in asking to do so because ive already had prior conversations with the owner that were wonderful. After reaching out i quickly got a response back that was understanding and kind hearted as she let me know the early checkin was available and we could go right in since everything was already prepared for us! We got inside and immediately noticed a clean roomy condo with an amazing view of the bayside and pool area that includes a lazy river as described in the rental. There was wifi and streaming apps available on the smart tvs that occupied the children as we got unpacked and settled in. After checking the place out we also noticed there was a closet filled with extra items for the beach incase something wasnt forgotten or we simply just needed the extra beach accessories like the umbrellas we found inside for our convenience. The entire time was a great experience and if we ever come back to the area we will most definitely want to stay here again because of the great place and top tier communications. 5 stars all the way!

Perfect

We had an excellent stay. The host is super generous and even has pool towels and some beach gear for use as well. Check in and check out was super easy. We stayed here for our daughters dance competition at the convention center. If you are planning on attending anything at the convention center this condo is an excellent location and practically next door. The Lazy river was amazing and it was hard to pull the kids away from it because it was so fun. We used the onsite charcoal grills and appreciated that amenity. The bed was very comfortable and the master bedroom is super cute and cozy. Everything was clean and the best part was it smelt so nice when we entered. It felt like home! The Host even had a nice coffee station setup with courtesy sugar packets too! We had no issues with parking and the unit is in a very convenient location. I give it five stars for sure!

Perfect, beautiful stay

Our stay was perfect. We will forever see Destin West as a home away from home. The condo was perfect, and the check in process was the easiest I've ever experienced in the seven years we have stayed at DWBB. The matresses were so comfy, which is important to us. And the room had large rugs and a vaccuum which was amazing for the sand free feet in the room. I had never had that either!

Excellent condo

This unit was excellent. Lovely decorations. We especially liked the fall touch, as we stayed there in October. The owner was a pleasure to work with. We were able to extend our stay, and she was very communicative with us and our family. This is the second year we have stayed in this unit, and hope to stay again.

Great weekend!

We enjoyed the condo and amenities. It was very clean and neat. Lori is a great hostess! She ensured we had everything we needed. The lazy river is great and fun to watch from the beautiful balcony. We enjoyed the beach wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect

Our first trip to Florida and my son's birthday. Everything here was great! We had everything we needed. The owner bought my son a bday gift and I thought that simple touch just made it more homely! The couch bed was actually very comfy just in case you're wondering lol I love that it had two bathrooms, even with just four of us we never had to fight over bathrooms. The owner communicated very fast! We'll be back for sure!!

We loved the condo that we stayed in at Destin West. We have vacationed here several times and we think this may be our favorite! It was very clean and the decor was very nice. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Owner was very responsive! We loved everything about it!

Great condo

We had the best week at Destin West. The condo was very clean (the cleaning crew is top notch) and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed. The owner was accommodating and responded to all my emails quickly. Truly a delight, we will be back.

Wonderful property. Will stay again!

The property was exactly as described and well cared for. It was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Lori provided all the information we needed to access the property with ease. The location is convenient- close to the beach, lazy river (which we thoroughly enjoyed), pools, and restaurants. Great view from the deck. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect location

This condo was amazing, beautiful views, perfect location and kept our family busy. Easy walk to the beach, dining on the boardwalk and perfect view of the lazy river and pools. Couldn’t ask for a better resort.Everything you need is available in the condo, the beach closet with umbrellas, chairs and beach necessities was a huge plus to have on hand and not have to pack from home. Owner is very responsive to any questions. Condo was impeccable. We were there for a baseball tournament and the resort was the perfect place to relax and let the boys have fun. Access to the pier for fishing kept my boys busy. All around wonderful trip and we look forward to returning.

Loved it!

The place was very nice and had easy access to everything. The teenagers loved the lazy river and pool area. The beach was a short walk. Made an easy 20 minute drive to an outlet mall in Destin. The kitchen was well stick with an assortment of things you may need. Loved having a keurig! I would absolutely stay there again.

Absolutely Amazing!

This place was amazing! Owner was easy to chat with and made sure we had everything we needed! Short walk to all amenities, beach, and restaurants. Very clean. Plenty of room for everyone to stay! We will be going back!

First I'd like to rate the host. She was great. Super sweet, helpful, and quick to respond. The condo was beautifully decorated, the perfect location within the entire Destin West. Front and Center of the lazy river and bay. I was not expecting it to be as roomy as it was. We lucked up considering we made plans to go to FUDS week the week of. 5 stars
