Great time in TX

First time visiting the area. Home was great and located centrally to all the great spots. Home had all the amenities to spend a whole day just hanging at the house and enjoying the pool as well!

Great Stay with Great Location!

The property was great with plenty of room for us to spread out. We enjoyed the pool when we got back to the house from being out and about throughout the day. We were close to everything - grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

No hassle

From check-in to checkout the process was smooth. The house was very welcoming and clean. There were enough towels in the rooms. It was a big family group so we used all 5 bedrooms and were comfortable. The pillows were more than enough. The kitchen was clean and orderly.The warm jacuzzi outside was ready but the weather was cold . Overall our stay was great!

Perfect house and safe location!

I would say everything was superb! It would have got a 5 star on cleanliness, but the hot tub water was a little smelly, maybe needed some chlorine...but it didnt stop us, lol

Great Place for Fellowship

We had a women's group from our church stay here when we attended a women's conference. We had a great time. The set up was perfect and comfortable, and we loved sitting out back just talking and enjoying each other's company. Love the master suite!!

Family vacation

My family and my sister’s family, a party of 11 met halfway between our homes for a weekend get together. The management was very nosey. They wanted to know the exact number of people what their ages were how many vehicles and what we were doing while we were in town. First off both families are in their 40’s we aren’t teens partying. I was then reminded no more than 11 people no more than 2 cars and absolutely no guests. Ummm I have 90 year old aunts who live in the area. I can’t have them over for a hamburger to watch their great great nieces and nephews swim. No I guess not. The house was not inviting it was very Dr office feeling. No welcome home feeling.the pool was great. Kids loved it. Hot tub was hot and relaxing but could use better care the water had a fishy smell when you opened the lid. The back patio is the only reason we stayed there. I don’t feel it was worth the price.

Cousin Reunion

We took a spring break trip to reunite with cousins and their kids. The house was amazing! Lots of room for everyone. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with the kids. Communication about the house and check-in was wonderful and easy. Will definitely be back!

Property Manager Invasive

I use vrbo 5-6x a year. This was the oddest experience ever where the property mgr was very invasive with questions and asked me 5x if we will have loud music. Note they have cameras on outside and count number of ppl coming and going and although house sleeps 15, they charge nightly fee for anyone over 6 people. Also advertise fireplace which I had to get separate permission to use. I am paying to use the house for the weekend but felt a ton of oversight and extra fees from the property manager. The house was nice but recommend only stay here if you want your stay to be micromanaged. It is not close to fort worth downtown.

House was ok, living room furniture was very uncomfortable. Hot tub needed to be cleaned more than once a week. Kitchen could have been a little more equipped, only had 1 hand towel and no dish cloths. TV's in more than 1 bedroom would be a big plus. Second bathroom had mold behind toilet. Hot water very sparse!!!!

Graduation getaway

Had a few family and friends join me from out of town for my graduation from nursing school. This house and property was the perfect place for us to stay. The host was amazing and everything went flawlessly, they even had the hot tub hot and ready for us! I would totally recommend this place for any occasion.

Birthday trip

We came into town for the Pink concert which was postponed. Thank goodness we had booked this lovely home. The delightful backyard area with the pool and hot tub gave us a great alternative option for filling the time we planned to be at the concert. The home is in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The home is well laid out for spending time together as a family but also allowed quiet spaces for some alone time when desired. We had a wonderful time and would book again.

Perfect TX Family House

We stayed at this property for the week and had an awesome stay. Size of the house was great, beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed! We were traveling with younger children so I really appreciated the alarm/bell on the back door that accesses the pool. I also appreciated the extra indoor locks on every door. Overall great and comfortable stay!

North Texas Family Get Together

Home was spacious, clean, and accommodating. Good location to shopping, dining, and DFW airport. Disappointed with condition of swimming pool water. Primary reason to rent this home was the pool. On arrival the pool was algae filled (green and murky). Host had pool man clean and treat pool water day after check-in and provided a token refund; however, we lost 2 days of swimming enjoyment on a 4 day stay.

Great experience

We stayed here with family while we were in town for a funeral. The portal wasn’t working for me but the staff was super responsive and got me info presto. The place is lovely, clean and lots of comfy beds.
