It offers a private retreat with a seating area and a modern gas BBQ from where you can gaze at the breathtaking lake views and cute animals playing in the garden. This intimate space leads to the private beach from where you can fish or set out to explore the lake with a kayak or canoe. 3 kayaks and a canoe included with your stay.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. Smoking outdoors is fine.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

➡To make your stay as pleasant as possible, here are a few quick guidelines:

- Please clean the grill and fire pit after use. If cleaning is required, we will charge $100.

- Smoking is only permitted on the deck.

- Please strip all the beds used upon your departure.

- Please dispose of all of your trash in the bins on George Brown Road upon your departure. A CAD 30 fee may be charged if trash is left at the cottage.

- Guests are required to comply with local laws, including any applicable campfire bans in Nova Scotia.

- Check-out is by 11 AM. Unauthorized late check-out may be charged at $20 per started hour. After 2 PM, an extra night may be charged.
