A second king-size bedroom also boasts stunning river views and features its own en-suite shower room. Two delightful twin bedrooms provide flexible accommodation for children or additional guests and are served by a well-appointed family bathroom.



Outside, the private riverside terrace offers a peaceful setting to soak up the tranquil surroundings. With outdoor furniture provided, it's an idyllic spot for morning coffee, leisurely lunches, or evening drinks as boats drift past on the river. The terrace provides a wonderful vantage point from which to enjoy the sun and the ever-changing estuary views.



A private shared pontoon sits just in front of the house, inviting outdoor-led days spent fishing, crabbing, paddleboarding or kayaking, or even hiring your own boat for the week to cruise into Fowey and explore the beauty of the river at your own pace.



Kits House is ideally located for exploring this captivating corner of Cornwall. The coastal village of Polruan is just a short drive away, with a passenger ferry linking it to nearby Fowey. Further afield, enjoy day trips to Looe (11 miles) and Polperro (7 miles) to the east, or Mevagissey (22 miles) to the west. The charming town of Lostwithiel (9 miles) is well worth a visit for its boutique shops and antiques emporiums. Walkers will be in their element with direct access to a public footpath and the nearby South West Coast Path. Popular attractions including the Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Charlestown, and numerous National Trust properties are all within 22 miles, ensuring there is something for everyone to enjoy.
