« ​This was the perfect spot for our overnight stay in Appleton. The hotel is beautifully maintained and very clean throughout. The rooms are spacious enough for a family, and the beds were incredibly cozy. ​We loved the complimentary hot breakfast—plenty of great choices for everyone. »

« Only complaint was that the coffee offered in the lobby was cold and when I brought it to the desk clerk’s attention he seemed annoyed even though I told him it was not a big deal to me but thought he might want to know. »

« We asked for an early check in. When we arrived, we were told they would call us when our room was available. We went to lunch, came back and still not ready. Ending up getting ready for event in the lobby and having access to our room an hour after regular check in time. »

« A must in Appleton. Near the highway and shops. Decent prices. »

« Room not cleaned, staff literally just stared at me blankly when I tried to tell them about it. Breakfast sucks, only give you 2 towels for 2 people, and the rooms are actively falling apart. Desperately needs some updates and to find decent people to work there. »

« The pool area is great but you could tell it was not swept daily. There were leaves all over the floor umbrella for tables. Most time we used the hot tub or pool the were no clean towels. Our room was great except that there was take out food in the microwave when we arrived and dirt wash rags still in the bathroom. I brought it to management attention and it was taken care of right away along with the clogged tub and bathroom sink. »

« We appreciated being able to check in late to our room. There's ample & free parking. The residence was quiet. We stayed in a suite. We didn't appreciate the hair in the bathroom shower. The living room couch had multiple stains on the cushions & the desk chair cushion was also not clean. The small kitchen area had minimal house ware items, and was minus dish towels and soap for the dishwasher. The well used kitchen sponge we threw away. There's not regular housekeeping, unless one...

« They were undergoing renovations at the Lobby so it was a little dusty. Our room was excellent and clean. I used the gym and the hot tub, washer and dryer. All 3 were clean and neat. The continental breakfast was great. The price and what was included was very reasonable. I'll be staying here in the future. This was my 2nd time staying here. »

« This place was horrible! dirty, no hand soap at the sink, people outside fighting and screaming all night. The bedding had stains all over the place! We puched a chair in front of the door and threw our luggage on top, thats how unsafe we felt! I would NEVER recommend this hotel! »

« la chambre était convenable, mais c'est bien la seule chose. Nous avons été surpris de devoir payer une caution (?) à notre arrivée. Deux personnes étaient assises par terre dans les couloirs à écouter de la musique, d'autres préfèrent sortir de leur chambre pour téléphoner dans le couloir, aucune de ces personnes ne parlait anglais (l'hotel est pourtant situé aux USA). des camions garés sur le parking font tourner leur moteur jusqu'à minuit. le parking et ses alentours sont remplis de gens qui...
