Getting to the room from check in was very confusing they didn’t mention you walk through the parking garage. We went back to the front desk twice until a nice lady walked us to our room. « I booked my stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Miramar Beach through Expedia and was incorrectly charged multiple times directly by the hotel.
Before checkout, I addressed the issue in person and was assured the charges would be reversed and that a parking fee would be removed due to the inconvenience.
A week later, I still have an outstanding $362 charge and a $30 fee that were supposed to be removed. I’ve called twice and was told it would be handled and that I would receive a follow-up...

« The property itself was absolutely wonderful! It was within walking distance of a wonderful restaurant and it was a very clean, quiet and updated condo. We loved it! And would definitely go back again. Our only drawback was we had to call the management five times because our code would not work for our door. They were very prompt each time in attempting to get it corrected but it did take 5 calls. »
