« Room was clean and spacious, having a lift is handy if you’re on the 2nd floor, however there is no wifi on the second floor, you can pick up the caravan park across the road but you can’t get it in-house. »

« We arrived at about 1830 - reception was closed but there was a note on the door and instructions to find our room, which was appreciated. The downsides were: a) wifi did not reach the room, hence no internet access; and b) upstairs neighbours ultra noisy at around 0200 and between 0500 and 0700. Another guest started her laundry in the laundry room (adjacent to our room) at about 0630 despite clear indication not to do so before 0900. In the end we did not have a good night. »

« We stayed at the Oaks resort for two nights, which was enough as there is not much to do around and the pool is closed. The room is kinda old and needs a refresh. Staff is kind and helpful. The cafe next to the hotel was great. Overall our stay was fine. »
