Winter Park at Summer End

We selected the property as a base of operations celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. Great location to RMNP and other attractions. Condo could use a fan to help cool off during the nighttime, but very nice accommodations.

Good unit. Not so good management communications.

2 week stay. On third day sent a list of challenges with the unit - some that the homeowner should be aware of (like a broken garage keypad) and some that negatively impacted the stay (like a non functioning ice maker and missing remote batteries) but no response. Nice unit and pleasant stay overall.

The best vacation ever!!!! Very kid friendly

We LOVED our stay!!!! My sister in law and I took our kids..3,5, and 6 years old. We loved the location! 5 min.from the Adventure Park!!! We went tubing and back to the house where there was an amazing bathtub with jets for the children and another shower as well. Theres a fireplace in the living room, where we all warmed up with hot chocolate. The bunk beds were also a highlight for the kids. The deck provided a beautiful view...and very safe for small children. One day we skipped tubing and walked around the neighborhood, and made a snowman. It was safe , clean, and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend this cozy getaway, and will definitely return next year. We traveled all the way from Louisiana , and this place definitely exceeded our expectations!!

Well-Equipped Family Condo!

This was a great condo for our family of 6 with all of the needed amenities and then some. We had a great time and would highly recommend. Note that you must have a 4WD vehicle or chains on tires to make it up the hill to the condo in thick snow. Several cars got stuck/unable to go uphill while we were there. The condo is on a private road, so city plows do not maintain the street. A private plow service clears the road 1-2 times a day, but in heavy snow, it gets thick. Parking at the bottom of the hill is extremely limited (only a couple of spaces).

If I could pick one thing that could use improving would be the master bed mattress... it could use upgraded. Memorial Day Weekend 2021

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit had everything we could think of possible using (including tape and batteries). The kitchen had lots of dishes, pots, pans, etc. The laundry area was stocked with washing detergent and fabric softener. The only thing we needed were our clothes, and groceries. My problems with the unit were as follows: the lighting was very dim - even with the windows open. If we had stayed longer, I would have bought light bulbs with a higher wattage. The mattress in the guest bedroom had a significant dip in the middle, and the pillows were - NOT! If you use pillows - bring your own. And we could not lock the patio door. If we had stayed longer I would have called management to have the door repaired.Despite the few discrepancies - I would stay in the unit again. I would bring my own pillows, and a few light bulbs.Also, the property is in a very good location. There are walking trails nearby, with a grocery store, shopping, restaurants, and attractions less than five minutes away.

Family Trip to Winter Park/Fraser

My family stayed here for 2 nights and had an amazing time! Winter Park and Fraser is a great town for skiing, snowmobiling, tubing, shopping and fun restaurants. The condo was the perfect size for my family with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. We loved the fireplace, the balcony and the views were amazing! The only thing I would suggest is to add more lighting in the rooms and a full length mirror would be an added bonus. Thank you for the stay!

Perfect for us

We had a great time! The appartment is equipped with everything you would need. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Just a few min away from Winter Park. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back.

Could have been great but wasn’t!

When we arrived it was a cloudy afternoon. A car was parked in the driveway blocking to garage. Called property manager and it took over 2 hours to get car moved. Very poor lighting hid the fact the place had not recently been cleaned. Dust accumulation, drinking glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, and plates were not clean. Property manager stated by text message they would rectify that day, I replied tomorrow would be fine, however no one followed thru with rectifying the issues!

Not entirely clean and too dark.

1. A car was blocking the driveway and garage entry.2. Called property management number and they stated they would call onsite personnel. It did get moved in less that 2 hours.3. Window sills, lower shelfs, and other locations were covered with dust.4. The longer we were there the more kitchen utensils and dishes we found to be dirty.5. Kitchen and living room are poorly lite.6. No dish clothes or dish towels were provided.7. Property manager was contacted and stated they would have someone over. They never showed up. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was great for our family of 4. Loved having the garage to store our kayaks and still had 2 parking places for our cars. I would not recommend this place for small children as the carpet is worn and has lots of nails sticking out going into the master bath and around the kitchen. We thought the patio door lock was broken but you have to lift the handle and then lock it. Just thought I would put that so the next person doesn’t have the same issue.
