Willow's Cove is fully open and ready to welcome guests. While the cabin itself is complete, I'm continuing to enhance the surrounding landscape over the coming seasons as the property grows into my original vision. Nature doesn't become beautiful overnight—and neither does a place built with intention. Each season brings new trees, new blooms, new ideas, and thoughtful improvements inspired by guest experiences. My hope is that every visit to Willow's Cove is even a little more special than the last.

Tucked back among the trees, Willow's Cove is a private woodland escape for couples and small groups who need a break from the routines and demands of everyday life.

There are no schedules to keep here.

Sleep a little later. Pour another cup of coffee. Open your favorite bottle of wine. Watch the stars. Listen to the frogs, crickets, and owls.

From the moment you arrive, my hope is that Willow's Cove feels warm, comfortable, and easy to enjoy.

The open living and kitchen area creates a cozy space for cooking, conversation, and relaxing together. The well-equipped kitchen is ready for preparing a favorite meal, while the front deck offers a propane grill and fire table for laid-back dinners surrounded by the woods.

As evening settles in, warm ambient lighting throughout the cabin creates a peaceful, inviting atmosphere.

You shouldn't have to work hard to relax here.

Your Own Private Movie Night

Rainy day? Quiet evening?

Choose an old favorite, make some popcorn, and enjoy the best seats in the house.

The private home theater features reclining theater chairs with heat and massage, theater lighting, immersive sound, and a large-screen projector experience.

A vintage-style popcorn maker, popcorn, and a variety of seasonings are provided to complete movie night.

Some of my favorite guest stories have started in this room—including couples rediscovering movies that remind them of when they first met.

Slow Mornings in the Woods

The primary bedroom was designed as a peaceful retreat within the retreat.

Slide open the bedroom doors and take your morning coffee to the private sitting deck. Settle into one of the rocker recliners and listen as the woods slowly come alive.

Birds. Rustling leaves. Perhaps a deer wandering through.

There's nowhere you need to be.

Inside, an electric fireplace with an old barn beam mantel adds warmth and character. Look toward the loft and you'll find touches of the outdoors brought inside with deer, pine trees, and softly twinkling lights.

Soak, Unwind & Look Up

End the day in the private hot tub surrounded by the sounds of the woods.

Look for the moon through the trees. Watch the stars. Listen as the frogs, crickets, and owls provide the evening soundtrack.

The ensuite bathroom features a soaking tub with a bath pillow, scented Epsom salts, and soft candlelight to create a relaxing end to the day.

Spend your day shopping in Amish Country, take a stroll around historic Roscoe Village or jump on the Three River's Wine Trail and visit local wineries. If wine isn’t your style stroll over to Old Fool Brewery and try some woodfire pizza paired with a large selection of craft beers.

If hiking is what you desire, head out to Honey Run Waterfall, explore Knox County Park District, or the 250-acre Ariel-Foundation Park.
