„Our host Gary was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a beautiful classic building. The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely return!“

„Convenient location for the strong museum“

„Gut ausgestattete Appartments mit voll eingerichteter Küche, sodass man sich gut selbst versorgen kann und man nicht immer essen gehen muss, bei längerem Aufenthalt. Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt und doch im Grünen am Fluss “

„Die guten alten Zeiten lebrn in diesem historischen Hotel wieder auf. Wird mit Liebe (und Geld) zum Detail renoviert. Ausgezeichnetes Restaurant, der Manager kümmert sich persönlich um Gäste. Viele interessante Accessoires. Grosser Parkplatz, self-parking (kein Valet, wie in Beschreibung). Frühstück sehr, sehr einfach und beschreiden. Trotz Abzügen, vden Preis wert.“

„Front desk staff was amazing and courteous!!“

„Hotel ist sichtbar in die Jahre gekommen und leider nicht besonders sauber. Handtücher hatten Flecken, und das Personal war wenig motiviert. Für eine Nacht akzeptabel, aber kein Ort für einen längeren Aufenthalt. “

„Came for a quick stay and honestly the only issue I had that the shower was not cleaned and when I had ask if they could come clean the shower and replace the shower curtain, no one came. Other than that mishap, the staff was super pleasant and offered me free breakfast for the shower inconvenience. Also they have a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel so that was convenient for me.“

„Furchtbares Frühstück. Zimmer in mässigen Zustand. Dusch Vorhang zerrissen, Bettüberzug mit Löchern. Lage und Parkmöglichkeiten sind gut. Etwas weirdes Publikum an unserem Wochenende, aber da kann ja keiner was dafür. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.“

„Loved this property. The Keurig was not working in room #16 but three Dunkins within short distance. 9.99 out of 10“

„Great personal service. Breakfast was ok. Big rooms. Friendly staff“

„Super clean, great amenities in the room and a decent breakfast with free parking, helpful staff and good location for Henrietta, Rochester and some of the finger lakes area. Highly recommended.“

„-If you’re disabled, this isn’t the place for you…there is no elevator. The staff isn’t accommodating and won’t put you on the first floor. -If you like to shower, this not the place for you…multiple different guests, were coming to the front desk, complaining of not having any hot water to shower with; I couldn’t believe, the person at the front desk told the guests, that there was nothing she could do, she was going to call her manager. Guests, who had events to attend, competitions, etc.,all ...

„Wonderful experience at The Del Monte Lodge! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. The location in Pittsford is also perfect. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!“

„Beautiful short stay! Enjoyed breakfast by the fireplace“

„The hotel was in a quiet location it was maintained and clean . The staff was friendly and helpful especially the desk staff , Heather on days and Robin on the night shift were very engaging and helpful. The cleaning crew were adequate although simple mistakes were made as not replacing towels and face cloths and not replacing coffee and the creamer/ sugars when depleted. The gym was basic but had a decent amount of machines and a cable work out machine. The pool ( which I didn't use) was ...
