Dommage que notre locataire ne nous ait pas fait part de certains désagréments, car nous les questionnons systématiquement dès la 1ère nuit. Et ce en particulier concernant la couette qui ne nous a pas été demandée. Compte tenu de la température ambiante le jour (25 à 26 °) nous n'avons pas pu deviner qu'une couette pouvait être utile. D'autant que nous en avons en réserve et pouvions la mettre à disposition, comme le lit et la chaise bébé. Il ne faut pas attendre la fin du séjour pour s'exprimer, surtout si cela est important ! Pour le wifi, celui ci n'a jamais posé problème pour l'ensemble des appartements mais après un gros orage nous avons eu des problèmes de liaison avec notre fournisseur d'accès à internet et le problème vient à peine d'être résolu. Pour la température de la piscine, malheureusement en septembre, même si le soleil est souvent au rendez vous, l'eau des piscines refroidit plus vite que la mer, compte tenu des températures diurnes. Nous donnons la possibilité aux locataires de prendre en charge leur linge pour un lavage en machine, moyennant un supplément de 5 €. Nous prenons en charge celui ci, et le retournons une fois lavé. La plupart de nos locataires ont pu apprécié cette opportunité, surtout avec des jeunes enfants. Par contre, la suggestion concernant le fait de casser le mur entre la salle de séjour et la cuisine ne peut même pas être envisagée, compte tenu de la configuration des lieux !!!!
