„Phantastischer Aufenthalt!

„Breakfast choices were slim and a lot of things were empty and not available.“

„We booked a non-smoking room, but the entire room reeks of marijuana, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. Outside, people are screaming, playing loud music, and causing constant disturbance. The atmosphere feels unsafe and unsettling, especially for families or anyone seeking a quiet stay. Management seems uninterested in addressing these issues, which makes the overall experience extremely disappointing. Definitely not recommended.“

„Great hotel“

„Front desk lady was not nice and helpful. Room not well maintained. A lot of trucks from "entergy" that took two spaces when parked, and their drivers did not parked those truck straight to be able to park my car.“

„The Host, John Thomas, accommodated us for a last minute reservation. He responded to our request very quickly. The carriage house bedroom suite was very relaxing, clean and well stocked with drinks and snacks. Overall, charming and just a short walk to Antique Alley and lots of great food. We will definitely be looking to book there again next time we are in West Monroe.“

„I loved the property. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff is very kind and attentive. Only negative thing I can say is I hear people in there other rooms very clearly. I can hear dull conversations so it's not well insulated“
