„Friendly staff and acceptable room. Only issue is that window can’t be opened at room # 214. A no go at 25 degree room temperature.“

„This was our first premier in stay. Upon arrival there was signage out front “kids stay for free” which made us feel like we chose a family hotel since we were staying with our 2 young children. The first evening (7-8pm) when arriving home from dinner we had a knock on the door from staff. A noise complaint… we had been in the hotel for less than 5 minutes. „Nice friendly place and lovely breakfast Very close to Abbotts Bromley“

„Excellent breakfast!“

„Having enjoyed the stay at this very special Hilton. Nice atmosphere, great architecture, nice bar and spa area. Restaurant service at breakfast is struggling when it comes to peak times and could be more friendly. Dinner buffet/menu for 25 GBP p.P. is too expensive as quality and variety of food is below average as well as service level - having a coupon to get a "free drink" with self service reminds me of a canteen - not a Hilton.“

„Staff were helpful, pleasant and friendly. Clean room and good breakfast.“

„Schlosshotel in wunderschöner Parkanlage.

„Lovely stay, everything was clean, breakfast was great and will definitely stay here again“

„Overall a nice stay but the rooms needed a good clean and some simple renovation. The bed frame/fabric base was all stained, the floor was stained and the window latches all broken so the window was either wide open or shut. A couple of £1 hinges would fix it. Spiders in the shower in both rooms. The staff were great, parking easy, bar was nice. Just needs some simple tlc“

„Alles in Ordnung, Frühstück gut. “
