« We had our 5 kids and their spouses along with our 14 grandchildren. It was a fantastic week. The house surpassed our expectations. There was not one of us that didn’t think the house was perfect. Kathy was so efficient and timely in responding to any question I had. My husband and I have booked the same house for next year. Our family simply can’t wait to return. »

« Decorated SO cute, clean, provided coffee! Never had that before, and was much appreciated. Owner so helpful with things going on etc. Thinks of everything! Truly wants you to enjoy the space! Highly recommend! The only drawback is the pull out bed. It is comfortable! But does make the space tight, unless you open and close it up every morning. EVERYTHING else is perfection. Master bath and bedroom just beautiful! »

Owner & property manager were a DREAM. It was obvious their #1 priority was for us to have the best experience during our stay. Thank you!!! »

« The location was perfect, convenient but away from the crowded beach. The beach was huge at low tide and the kids loved playing in the tidal pools. The house was super well equipped and everything was in good working order. We rented the golf cart and that was so fun. The sitting and dining areas had plenty of room for our extended family. We loved the rocking chairs on the wide porches where the house sits right behind the dunes and with an attached walkway to the beachwalk. Literally a minute...

The dining/living area and kitchen make the house so fun for our family to enjoy time together, and it is convenient to everything on the island. « It was our first time on Fripp Island. Salt & Light was exactly as pictured and listed. I even saved some pictures of the furniture and decor on a Pinterest board. The view over the marsh was a stunning sunset every night. Definitely want to rent a golf cart and the trip to the beach was a snap. Comfortable house for our family of 5. We had a wonderful stay! »

« We all had a fantastic family beach week on Fripp Island, Grandparents, parents, children and grandchildren. There was something for everyone! Our little grandchildren enjoyed everything about the island starting with the golf cart community, deer they could feed, going up for ice cream every night, have different amazing pools for all ages, games, close proximity the beach club, the activity center and all the fun things for children and the adults loved having a bar and soft music on the lawn...

« We've been coming to Fripp since 2013. We've always tried to stay on Bonito for the central location but decided to make a change this year. And boy are we glad we did. This is where the pros stay.
