« Overall stay was great. The 2nd bathroom is located downstairs and it should be noted that it’s out in the open so we needed to develop a system to let others in our party know when someone was using it. Also there is not a hot tub at the house, and the host said they would update the listing since it was listed when we booked our stay. »

« We had a lovely stay here. The location was great for our stopover between flights from NZ and back to the US. It was one stop on the bus (460) from the airport. It was also just a short walk down to the train so going downtown to Sydney was easy with an OPAL card. We only gave the location a 4 because there is a step entry into the residence and there could have been closer eateries (which is no fault of our host, just what it is.) « Overall lovely property at a convenient location. We stayed 4 nights with our kids n dog and we enjoyed the stay. There is a separate rental attached to the house ( like a duplex). Andy was very prompt in helping out with any needs or missing staples from pantry.Kids enjoyed the games room however the air con doesn’t work in there and it did get very hot after a while.Air con in the lounge spills out water ( evaporative?) and the water bowl will need to be emptied every so often in a day. « The property was in a great location and the bedrooms and outdoor area were a good size. But the provisions were basic - eg we needed to purchase toilet paper on our first morning. The finishes and layout were also a bit strange and not considered functionally and so it very much had a vibe of being an economical renovation for short term accommodation purposes, rather than a considered reno or anyone's home. It had a bit of a strange smell. Overall it was ok. »
