Hôtel près de Full Blast Water Park, Battle Creek, Battle Creek

« T.V. didn't work. After two employees tried to get the cable working, they blamed it on a malfunctioning Xfinity box. I was able to get it connected to the hotels wifi but signal was bad. We ended up watching a show on our tablet. Other than that the room was clean and the young lady that checked us out in the morning was nice. »

« Un arrêt court à Battle Creek dans un hotel agréable et confortable sur notre voyage entre Chicago et Détroit mais qui valait le détour pour aller au Gilmore Car Museum et pour assister à la rencontre annuelle Red Barns Spectacular. Un paradis de passionnés de voiture. »

« A party started above our room at about 9:30. A really loud party. We called the front desk - they said they would talk to the guests. 10 minutes of peace followed by a louder party. We called the front desk at 11. Basically told they could only call the guests again, but had been hung up on the first time. 10 more minutes of peace followed by what sounded like a full circus. Called front desk at midnight and demanded a different room. Told 'not our protocol'. Called the police, who...

« The room was very clean and comfortable. Our breakfast was delicious. Would have appreciated complimentary coffee in the morning. We had to use the stairs because the elevators were down. They were a little dark and not very clean. Might have been a good idea to have someone check them out before sending guests to use them. »

« Make sure their elevator works. It did not. We were there 3 nights and no one came to work on it. Carrying a lot of luggage, or having small kids, or a Sr with you, this is a huge problem!! USB plugs were not functional. The outlets were worn and loose and barely held a plug. Breakfast starting time was 45 mins late on Sunday, that’s a problem when you have an agenda to keep and planned on eating on site before your departure. The staff was friendly and apologetic. The elevator issue was...

« rooms have been renovated, clean, comfortable beds. Only negative was the refrigerator was too large for the cabinet, and the door didn't fully close unless you tilted the fridge. I also left the cabinet door ajar a bit to ventilate the unit. Otherwise, great stay »

« Exceptionally clean, with incredibly comfortable mattress and pillows in an older style one story roadside motel which made it easy to get luggage in and out. Great location and an outstanding local restaurant right across the parking lot on Gull Lake. Very moderately priced which made it even better. »

« Staff was very nice. Room actually had a semblance of elegance. For a highway hotel, perfectly good. »
