Luxushotels Furano

„Great location and outlook. Clean and close to a really good cafe, Ronin. The hosts were offhand and the bed gave me a bad back (which is very unusual for me).“

„Small but functional unit. Has everything you need. Just like living in an RV so don’t expect a lot of room. But well-maintained and great for a night of relaxation.“

„The staff was very friendly, efficient hotel where everything was easy and pleasant. Our room looked over the train station, making an open window not the best idea. The bathrooms were quite outdated. “

„Great location, walkable to Kitanomine Gondola Station. “

„Nice location. Very clean and spacious apartment. The evenings and nights are quite cool here. Just a few minutes' drive to the town centre. Furano Delice is just next door for some nice desserts. Very enjoyable stay.“

„Perfect place for Furano. Close to the ski resort, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, and a small onsen to soak after skiing “

„The lodge is warm and clean, with well-equipped kitchen“

„Very nice place to stay!! Recommend everyone can stay here!“

„The tablet check-in does not work, and it also failed for other guests the day before and in the same day. The provided phone number is unreachable. The building is a design failure—calling it “noisy” is an understatement, as every word and footstep of other guests is noticeable. Communication with the accommodation is only possible via email, and no assistance regarding noise issue was provided. The rooms might look nice in theory, but in practice are poorly executed without any soundproofing. “
