"First they tried to give as a massive “ downgrade” ( room without real window ) - after showing the booking this was fixed, but without any apologies. On the other hand staff was very enthusiastic and helpful regarding the surrounding/ restaurants and tours. "

"Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Hotel und die Zimmer sauber. Sehr zentrale Lage, es ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar, Restaurants u.a. Geschäfte bzw. die Fußgängerzone. Einzig, aber das weiss man, wenn man die Bewertungen liest ... in der direkten Nacharschaft befindet sich eine Musikkneipe, da wird es jeden Abend doch laut. Da man sich vorher aber informieren kann, sehe ich das nicht als Mangel, aber ruhig ist es abends daher nicht."

"Ein sehr schönes Hotel am Rande der Fußgängerzone von Taormina. Mein Zimmer - Einzelzimmer - war nicht sehr groß, das Bad und vor allem die Dusche eher klein. Aber mit Blick zum Ätna und zum Meer. Das Frühstück war gut, genial war der Pool mit Blick auf das Meer. Sehr netter und freundlicher Service. Zum Busbahnhof - Transfer zum Flughafen Catania ca. 1,5 Stunden - sind zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten."

"We stayed here for 2 nights in the Panoramic Suite in July and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Beautiful, clean and very modern room with an astonishing view from the terrace. On there, it is so calming and relaxing to enjoy the weather and have a coffee or some delicious Sicilian snacks from the good stores nearby. The service is phenomenal! They will do anything for you to feel welcome. They even managed to have our room ready to check-in a few hours before regular check-in times. Taormina is such a beautiful place and you can reach every touristic spot easily. We plan on coming to Taormina sometimes again and we will definitely stay at this hotel again then! The perfect holiday!"

The whole building is quite new, room very clean, bed comfortable, shower water very nice from the water volume and temperature. Daily room cleaning, towels changed, really appreciated. The only small point is: the duvet is not covered with a duvet cover, but with two layers of sheets. "
