IMPORTANT GUEST REQUIREMENTS:

To help protect our home and provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, the following requirements apply to every reservation:



Rental Agreement: All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement within 24 hours of making the booking.

Photo ID: A valid government-issued photo ID is required from the booking guest prior to check-in. Must be at least 25 years old to book your stay.

Security Deposit: A $750 security deposit hold is required prior to arrival. The hold is released after checkout, provided there are no damages or violations of the rental agreement.

No Parties or Events: Parties, events and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Strictly enforced neighborhood quiet hours are 10pm-9am. $500 fee for violations.

No Smoking: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home.

No Pets: Pets are not permitted at the property.

By booking Pool Villa Lanier, guests agree to follow the rental agreement, house rules and all applicable property and community requirements.
