« 2 families stayed whilst visiting Alton Towers. We couldn’t have stayed any closer, The Old Barn literally on the doorstep. The property have a very homely feel which made relaxing easy. There was plenty of room for the 12 of us. We could even all sit together around the large table in the kitchen to eat together. Beds were very comfortable and the location was quiet. « The property was very clean and had almost everything we needed. We couldn't find a bread knife or coasters (just one) but everything else was great. The hot tub was clean and a great temperature and the seating was adequate for the amount of time we actually spent in the property. Karl was very friendly and welcoming. »

« One night stay whilst visiting the races. Very convenient for centre of town and racecourse. Free parking at rear of hotel which was good. Skipped breakfast as it ended at 9.30 am. So popped over Wetherspoons instead only 2 minutes walk. »

« Real easy freindly check in. Rooms are clean and adequately appointed. It was a spacious double room, with generous size bathroom with bath tub. Its nice to have iron, ironing board, trouser press, hairdryer and fan. Unfortunately the pillows are a bit inadequate. Provided with 3 very flat, very warn pillows for a double room for two people. « Hotels.com with the hotel have some payment issue. When I check in the hotel front desk staff said that i need to pay for this trip, however, I already fully paid when i booked the hotel. After check and clarified she confirmed already received my payment. And I called to Hotel.com the staff request me to pay again for the hotel and refund my previous payment with Hotel.com due to some payment issue between Hotel.com and the Hotel.
