    This is a great get away spot, it's at the end of a dead end street, so only local traffic, enough space for a large family, and really close to the beach.

    This property is in a perfect location! Super short walk to the beach. I liked that it had a bedroom down stairs with its own bathroom, it was perfect for the in laws. Would definitely stay here again!

    Good property nice and cozy, close to the beach

    A very nice, calm and cozy property. Was very clean and well kept. Beach access is just a few steps away. We enjoyed staying here and would definitely like to go back. We would also recommend others to visit the place. Property manager Stacy was very helpful and friendly, appreciate her help.

    Wonderful Stay at the Seasar's Palace

    My family really enjoyed our stay at the Seasar's Palace. The location is very convenient since the beach is a very short walk away. The iTrip staff were excellent. We had a little issue with the lock, but Jessica and her colleagues were very accommodation and they were always available for assistance. We will definitely stay there again in the future!

    Pros : very close to the beach, short walk, and no cars on that section of beach which was a huge plus.Had all the kitchen necessities. Stayed nice and cold insideCons: this was mostly my fault, but I did not realize that there was an upstairs and downstairs rooms with only outside access. My kids aren't quite old enough to be alone like that comfortably so we did not use the downstairs area at all, except to wash the beach towels our last night. So that was a huge let down which dropped us to only one bathroom.Why not just go use it? Well that leads to con #2. There were so many mosquitoes whenever we went outside that we were all covered in blood smears/bites. I assume because we had to walk through the grass, but it was absolutely awful. That was the biggest issue because they would cling to us and just be everywhere. We constantly checked and had to follow them around the house and the beach and they were in the car too.None of these issues are necessarily house issues, but the cons made it kind of a letdown for us. I'm sure the setup would work out great for others! Beware of mosquitoes. Bring your bug spray and a fly swatter.

    Cute little beach house

    Our stay was very nice. The house was clean and fit our whole family of 7 easily. Having a washer and dryer was great. The only things that were wrong was that we couldn’t get the code to work the whole time to lock and unlock the door and there are benches along the railings on the deck that my 3 year old kept getting on. I had to watch her very carefully to make sure she didn’t go over.

    Old home layout with moderate improvements

    One very small bathroom upstairs away from the bedrooms, disappointing. Loose toilet seat. Downstairs beds more comfortable than upstairs. All appliances worked well, nice couches, upstairs air conditioning was nice. Unfortunately, would not stay here again.

    The only real positive thing I can say about this property is the short walk to the beach. Unfortunately, that convenience does not make up for the condition of the house.The AC is completely inadequate and desperately needs to be replaced. After spending the day in the heat at the beach, the last thing you want is to come back to a house that is 80 degrees inside and won’t cool down until the early morning hours. It was absolutely miserable and unacceptable for a beach rental.The house itself is outdated and clearly needs significant attention. We were also extremely disappointed to find out that the third bedroom is completely separate from the main house and relies on window units. This should have been clearly disclosed in the listing before booking, as it absolutely could affect someone’s decision to rent the property.To make matters worse, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to even get a decent night’s sleep after dealing with the heat all day and evening.For the amount of money people pay to rent a beach house, they should be able to expect a comfortable, properly cooled place to stay. The location may be convenient, but this property needs serious updates, a functioning AC system, more comfortable beds, and much better transparency in the listing. I would not stay here again unless significant improvements were made.

    The property looks recently updated and the location was fantastic. There are gaps around the front and sliding doors. They need to seal the doors because the gaps allowed three large cockroaches into the property which we found dead the morning we were leaving. They know they have a pest problem because they have electronic pest repeller devices in every room.

    Vacation mode

    Upstairs is quaint and cozy. Downstairs beds were not great, one specifically was bowed in middle and we were unable to sleep on. The charcoal grill had a leg that was rusted and fell over. Overall we enjoyed our stay though, really liked how quiet and calm the beach was and the neighborhood was quiet as well. Not too far from west end restaurants or from strand in opposite direction.

    Mini Getaway

    The house was perfect for our 3 couples and 2 teens. Plenty of room. House was just painted, first thing we smelled, other than that house was good. Fridge did not close properly, but kept our food cold. Beds downstairs were super soft and comfortable. Sheets were cleaned and smelled good. The patio was perfect for eating and playing games. Outdoor shower was a life saver. Only thing I recommended is bring your off spray, the mesquitos were crazy especially by the stairs. We all enjoyed the house it was perfect for us, would def come back.

    Great stay for us

    This home was great for us. There are some things that weren't great: the downstairs bed was broken, we were never able to get service on the downstairs TV, the patio door is very hard to open/close, and it isnt a fancy place. It is an older home and that shows, but for us, it was great. We had 8 people, including pre-teens, teens and adults...the location was perfect! The space for that many people was good, any more and it would have been too small. The living room space is small but worked for us because we were there for the beach and thats where we spent most of our time. The management folks were great and responded very quickly at all of our questions and needs. There is ample outside space to spend time if the weather permits and a super short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.
