„Wonderful rooftop view during dining at dinner“

„Quality of toiletries could get better. Staff could be trained to be more vigilant about patrons’ needs. They didn’t give me the breakfast saying I’m late. Had it been so, they could’ve told me earlier or could’ve served inside the room. I’d paid extra for the same.“

„Overall good experience “

„The room was cleaned spacious and best staff out there. Overall a best place to stay in“

„Very poor quality. Bathrooms didn’t have curtains. Towels were not given in good number. The bed sheet, pillows and all are very old and so don’t look real white. The flooring laminations are slowly coming loose. Room service would sometimes respond very late. All the traffic noise is so audible n inside the room disturbing my work calls. Overall I am not satisfied. “

„The hotel was good but i was not staying at the given hotel“

„Parking facility is not available. Staff behaviour is good, specially night manager.“

„Very bad experience , even water is chargeable , food condition is bad , bathroom kit also chargeable , Driver room is very bad “

„The property is horrible , live cockroach in room, water leakage in room , I don’t know rom where , I discourage people to use such hotel“

„チェックアウトの際に精算なしと言われて、ルームサービスを取った事を伝えると記録を取っていなかったらしく何を取ったかいちいち聞かれ、ずいぶん待たされた上にクレジットカードが受け付けられず、キャッシュで払おうとしたらおつりが全くなかったためぴったりの金額を払わされました。ホテルとしてあり得ないサービスレベルの低さです。“
