« We have used this condo several times. We love it. Love the walkout to the pool. Central Air. Always very clean. You won't be disappointed. »

« Nice property. Great view of the lake-especially for the sunrise. Close to Garden City-3 min drive. Contact was very responsive. Wish the property had bigger beds (only twins and fulls) and the check out is 10am (11am would be better) but overall-We liked the welcome basket with coffee and cream. A nice property and we would stay again. »

« It was wonderful and had a beautiful view of the lake. Beds were comfy. There were a few minor things: The light in the bedroom fan was out so we could only use the lamps and it made the room fairly dark. The inside doorknob in the main floor bathroom was missing so it was hard to get out of. Over all, we were happy. We would definitely stay here again. »

« The room was very clean and nice. The location is great as it is right across from the marina. You can see the lake from the balcony. The balcony is right over the pool which was drained. This was not communicated or shown in the listing pictures. The address was not pulling up accurately in Google Maps, so we went to the wrong condo building first before we found the right one. Our pool fob for the hot tub didn’t work, but luckily someone else let us in. The hot tub was warm but not super hot....

« The place was clean and cool. Perfect location just minutes from Mike's Market and other Garden City attractions. Dishwasher was out of order, but there were paper plates and cups for us to use instead. Easy check in and check out. Would stay again. »

« We sure enjoyed our stay here. It was walking distance to the Marina. The property was very quiet and cozy. We enjoyed our weekend getaway. »

« Clean, friendly staff, nice to have a pool on site. Their listing claims they have free WiFi, but that wasn’t really true. There was WiFi and a login, but it never worked. When we asked about it we were told “that’s just bear lake”. We know this isn’t true as we have stayed in other locations without any problems. »
