« No heating (which did come on 12 hours after arrival and switched back off again). Lukewarm and cold water - unable to shower there. We had to boil water in a kettle and wash from a basin. Noise from road and open bars/restaurants late into night, broken chair, lounge had holes all through it and just two cups. While the unit was on the first floor up from the road, there were about 40 stairs to that level and the instructions to the premises talked of a white door - no white door anywhere. »

« I would have given 5 stars except the cleaning lady never came and we had to contact the owner to have her come in the evening. Other than that the apartment is close to the metro and a 15 min walk to the Duomo. The bakery a few doors down has freshly baked goods daily and the restaurant on the corner is delicious. Overall it was a pleasant stay. »

« The room were in ok condition, but the walls were quite thin, so you could basicly here people speaking next door. Ear plugs are recommended anyway, because there is also a lot noise from the street. Check-in and check-out was made remotely and I am not a great fan of that, I prefer personal contact with the staff. But all and all, all the matters were solved. »

« Tastefully renovated apartment very well located in the center of Milan Comfortable and very well furnished apartment located in an interior courtyard, however the room is located in the basement with no real window to the outside. Some utensils would be welcome: toaster, vegetable peeler. .. the mattress of the sofa bed in the living room is not firm enough. Francesca received us very well, she agreed to anticipate our arrival time and we thank her very much for that »

« Host cancelled the booking 3h before check-in because of a hot water issue. Was able to convince them to allow us to check-in anyways because we had no where else to go and travelling with a 10mo old baby. They were not able to fix the hot water the next day and we had to find alternate accommodations last minute. It doesn't look like they even tried to fix the hot water issue. In addition to this, the place was dirty, had hair everywhere, the toilet leak so the bathroom smelled like urine and...
