« Newly remodled apt with brand new appliances. The unit has spacious bedroom, living room with a kitchen and huge shower room. It is very clean and quiet. It is right next to the train station and 15 mins walk to the old town and lake. There is an 24/7 supermarket in10 mins walking distance. The online check-in was easy and communications with the management was quick and easy. We had an excellent stay there and highly recommended. »

You could hear a lot outside during the stay but it did not bother us unlike the last night. « Stove top didn’t work. It was cold and there was no way to turn on the heat. Information given for internet incorrect. Towels put behind washer. Couldn’t get dishwasher to work. Information on thermostat incorrect. TV didn’t turn on. Stains on Blankets. Pretty expensive for limited amenities. We have stayed in Como 4 times and this was the worst experience we have had. »

« We loved everything about the apartment and our visit (aside from the rainy weather and the difficulty finding street parking). The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The view from the fifth floor of the Duomo was very nice. We would definitely come back »

« The apartment is in a great location just off the main promenade close to lots of really good restaurant's, ferries, buses and couple of minute's walk from Como Lago station. The apartment is well equiped with a good stocked kitchen and nice large airy rooms. The host always responded to any messages.....and when it came to checkout we were told there was no rush and were allowed to leave an hour later so we enjoyed one last coffee at the lakeside. Would highly recommend. »

"Personnel vraiment top. Emplacement ok, à 4km du centre ville de Como. Belle marche mais il faut s y attendre. Hôtel propre, menu au resto Gusto intéressant. Peut être varier plus souvent? Spa hors pair! Dommage piscine extérieure n est pas chauffée donc fermée déjà! "
