« Accessing the apt could be very challenging for those who have walking issues—roughly 60 steps uphill. The host was very accommodating and communicated well. We needed to use the washer but , based on host’s instructions, decided it was too risky. »

« My husband and I enjoyed the place, it was so cute and had everything you needed to cook in the kitchen. The only reason I gave it four out of five stars is because the phone reception was very bad in Vernazza even with our holafly sim card and Google maps doesn't work well, we spent a stressful hour wandering with our very heavy luggage, ( on a 7 week travel tour so had a bigher suitcase)!trying to find the place. We finally found a corner in town where our phones worked and called the host...

« The Sound of Silence was great, very rustic and nice and big and included was some food and milk to get us started so we were able to have breakfast every day at the vrbo. The washing machine was great as we had some laundry to do in the middle of our Italian holiday. I would only rent this place if you have a car as we did not and there were not taxis or Ubers in Bellagio, and it is quite the hike up the mountain! It has such great hiking in the area and we just loved Cinque Terre!! »

« The check in process was not good, I had to call VRBO for them to communicate with me to give me the process. There is a bar right down below the room and it was loud, one night they closed at 12:30am. Lots of stairs to get to the room. The place is clean, good hot showers and the bed was comfortable, when you can get the sleep. »

« The tower is located at one of the highest points in Vernazza, so be prepared for a good workout coming and going to the property. Pack light! Once there, the views are breathtaking and the property is very cozy. There are many creature comforts, including small kitchen, refrigerator, and WiFi. The center of town with restaurants and bars is very close and the property is also very close to the entrance of the blue trail. The extra bedrooms are better for older kids as they’re up steep ladders...
