âContacted property owner weeks before arrival via the app : no answer. Contacted the day before arrival : nothing. On the day of arrival tried to reach by phone : number is not valid.
Customer service in the app notified me 5 times that my case is urgent, but no real action took place.
I decided to test my luck and arrived to the property and the host named Silvana told me that place is already occupied and I can't stay there. Showing booming confirmation from Vrbo didn't help.
