I AM NOT THE TYPE TO LEAVE SUCH DAMAGING REVIEWS, BUT WHEN MY DAUGHTER GETS NAUSEOUS FROM THE ODOR OF URINE, AND OTHER INDESCRIBABLE ODORS, WE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO LEAVE. THE HOST WAS NON-RESPONSIVE TO OUR REPEATED MESSAGES CONCERNING THE MATTER. »

« The flat was very clean in a convenient location, only minutes away from the train station. It was located in an area surrounded by restaurants of every kind. I would definitely stay here again. »

« Great little apartment with everything we needed. 10 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to walk to the lake. It had a small kitchen with a fridge and hob. Free tea and coffee was also provided. »

« Spacious apartment suitable for a longer stay. Negative points: there is no visible staff in the hotel. Communication about how to enter the hotel and room was sent from an email I did not recognize that invited to click on a link. No communication through the Hotels app. I was never given a transport card (in Geneva hotel guests get free public transportation ) adding extra cost to my stay. E-mails remained unanswered. The room was never cleaned during my stay. »
