« The apartment was dirty. Floors were unsweeped, one of the toilets even has urine and paper inside. Showers had mold and mildew and one of the shower doors was falling apart. Apartament did not have any cooling System, not even a fan. We opened the windows and Neighbours were loud. We emailed the property to let them know we were going to be late. The instructions said to do so, so they can provide us with lockbox code. They never responded, than we call and the lady very rude and demeaning told...
