« The room were in ok condition, but the walls were quite thin, so you could basicly here people speaking next door. Ear plugs are recommended anyway, because there is also a lot noise from the street. Check-in and check-out was made remotely and I am not a great fan of that, I prefer personal contact with the staff. But all and all, all the matters were solved. »

« Host cancelled the booking 3h before check-in because of a hot water issue. Was able to convince them to allow us to check-in anyways because we had no where else to go and travelling with a 10mo old baby. They were not able to fix the hot water the next day and we had to find alternate accommodations last minute. It doesn't look like they even tried to fix the hot water issue. In addition to this, the place was dirty, had hair everywhere, the toilet leak so the bathroom smelled like urine and...

« Property was not very clean. We had to clean it and especially the bedroom. WiFi was very slow, if you need to take video calls and work, it would not support you. Communication and check in process was very good. Pity for the dust and the WiFi »

« Alessandro was a super host. Everything in the appartment was excellent. No claims at all. It was very nice and pleasant of the host to see the sweats on the table. »
