"L accueil pour le check in est surbookĂ©!!! L attente est insupportable, meme aprĂšs 14h il m est arrivĂ© d attendre ma chambre plus de 2h parce qu elle n etait pas PRÊTE !!! Ce n est pas permis
.AprĂšs 1 long voyage, c est tres difficile d attendre 1 long moment
 l hĂŽtel devrait travailler l accueil, meme le meilleur client n est qu 1 numero dans cet hotel et c est bien dommage
.De leur cotĂ©, il leur importe sans doute de faire du chiffre uniquement !!"
