„Came all the way from the United States to Milan, and had this stay confirmed by VRBO. I arrive at the property, only to have a mean security guard yell at me and telling me "that my stay was not valid." I then called the host, only have her say that "this stay is no longer available." I was then stuck in Milan without a place to stay. What a nightmare! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!“

„Wonderful location & very walkable! The basics were just fine - comfy beds, good kitchen, good common spaces. Easy check-in process and communicative host. Overall worth it for a lovely stay in Milan. Note that the bottom bedroom does not have a bedroom door - just the spiral staircase separating the two spaces. Was able to convince them to allow us to check-in anyways because we had no where else to go and travelling with a 10mo old baby.
