« Katy a été une excellente hôte.Elle a été très accueillante et très arrangeante. Elle nous a également apporté de bons conseils sur les choses à voir dans la région. L'appartement est très propre avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Il est très bien situé (10-15 mn à pied du centre animé de la ville). Il est par ailleurs au calme et bénéficie d'un beau balcon avec vue sur les hauteurs de la ville. L'appartement est enfin équipé d'un parking privé couvert, très utile pour se garer. « Die wunderschöne Anlage voller Olivenbäumen beinhaltet insgesamt vier Ferienwohnungen, einen Pool, Tischtennisplatte, Billard, Kicker und zahlreiche Sitzflächen. Sie liegt extrem ruhig in den Hügeln zwischen Pieve a Nievole und Montecatini Alto und bietet einen sehr weiten Ausblick. Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Grundstück; von dort läuft man zwischen 30 und 50 m zu den verschiedenen Ferienwohnungen. Die Ferienwohnung (Rosa Tea) ist sehr zutreffend dargestellt. Minus für WLAN-Probleme. »
