« Don't hesitate for a second, it's a wonderful place! We spent two weeks with our family (3) in this newly opened establishment. It's a magnificent 17th-century mansion, beautifully renovated and ideally located in To scan. The staff were delightful both in welcoming us and throughout our stay. « Our experience at Nobile was wonderful!!! Hertz rental car company absolutely dropped the ball on us and made us stranded in Florence. We had to take a last minute train ride to Montepulciano and Andrea was able to send a shuttle at the last minute notice to pick us up at the train station. Andrea was always solution oriented and very pleasant to work with. The food at the restaurant was amazing so we ate dinner there three nights in a row. Overall fantastic experience! »

« I’m very sorry to write this but the experience was a very difficult one. No hand soap. No shower soap. No shampoo. No trash cans. No hot water (tried for 20 minutes to make it hot) Had to go to bed with no shower after bicycling around Tuscany all day. Other people’s clothes in the dressers and cabinetry. I get the impression that this used to be a family house but they haven’t finished moving out or converting it for rental/guest usage. Floors not vacuumed and very dusty. Ended up taking...
