"Positiv ist die lage des hotels gleich neben der oper, ansonsten sehr unpersönlich und kühl. Keine möglichkeit den abend gemütlich an der bar zu verbringen. Room 214 ist sehr klein und spartanisch eingerichtet und könnte eine renovierung vertragen, speziell die dusche und der spannteppich. Zu den feiertagen gab es weder einen Glückwunsch zu meinem Geburtstag noch eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit zu Weihnachten. Wie gesagt, sehr unpersönlich!"

"Das Zimmer war ok. Die Begrüssung war sehr herzlich. Wir durften früher ein hexken, was für uns eine grosse Erleichterung war. "

"Newly built apartment, well decorated with style, fancy, in a building right in the commercial center of Bari, not to far from port and train station. Checkin a bit hard as it was not clear that the office/reception was next to the entrance to the apartment building. Depending from which side you arrive, you will either see this entrance or the office first... Some more info needed about breakfast place would be good, we were not sure where to go with the vouchers we received at checkin (vouchers should mention the bistro's name). Once we found the breakfast in a nearby bistro, it was really great though. Bistro is often very crowded, sometimes we had to wait a while for a free table. Cleaning staff just entered the room without knocking and/or waiting, but was very kind, should be a bit more delicate though to not provoke bad situations."

"Sehr zentral am Bahnhof und nur wenige Minuten in die Altstadt. Zimmer braucht mehr ablageflächen für kleider und sonstiges. Zimmer sehr dunkel. Schönes neues Badezimmer. "
