„Treppenhaus Lift sehr offen und ringhörig wenn rücksichtslose Gäste nachts um 4 uhr 40 Minuten diskutieren. Auch morgens putzleute sehr laut diskutierend im Treppenhaus. Beim checkout war niemand da und wir konnten unser Gepäck nicht aufbewahren obwohl uns das zugesichert wurde. Auf unsere Nachrichten hat niemand reagiert und wir konnten niemanden erreichen. Gäste müssten zwingend darauf aufmerksam gemacht werden sich im Treppenhaus ruhig zu verhalten.“
