„The best thing is the location, and the accommodations were good. Having read the reviews we knew what to expect and were not surprised. The downsides were mainly the six flights of stairs and the fact that the bathroom is shared. Antonio was accommodating and offered good advice about what to see and where to eat. A couple things that could be done easily to improve the stay for guests would be to provide some closet and/or drawer space and to have a clear place in the bathroom for a guest ...

„It is about 300 m walk to the residence once you get off the bus. It is about a five minute bus ride to Fiesole. Easy to get into Florence downtown with a 30 minute bus ride to Duomo. Nice hot shower! It could use a better bed. Other than that I’d stay again but having a car would be more convenient. Nice restaurant when you get off the bus. “

„Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung ist für die Erkundung vom Florenz wirklich super. Man kann alles zu Fuß machen und zwischen den Besichtigungen auch mal zurückgehen, man ist ja nie wirklich weit weg von Zuhause auf Zeit. Da es sich um einen Altbau handelt, ist es allerdings sowohl von der Straße her als auch im Haus selber laut. Die Fenster liegen zur Straße und sind leider weder schall- noch wärmeisoliert (mehr als 19 Grad wurde der Wohnraum nicht warm). Die Holzdecken übertragen die Schritte der ...

„Das Haus ist sehr angenehm und gut eingerichtet. Die Schlafzimmer sind gross und es hat drei Badezimmer, so dass 7 Personen problemlos „nebeneinander“ durchkommen. Auch der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr angenehm und es hat alles perfekt geklappt.“

„Wir wohnten oberhalb von Florenz in einem traumhaften Domizil inmitten von Olivenbäumen und Palmen. Sehr schönes ursprüngliches Appartment, sehr schön saniert mit allem, was man braucht. Trotzdem war es nicht weit bis in die Stadt. Würde ich sofort wieder buchen. Danke Giulia und Corso!“
