„We booked a room through Expedia that was advertised as having a sea view and a balcony. Our receipt after payment also confirmed this. However, upon arrival, we were given a room with neither a sea view nor a balcony. To this day, we do not know whether the issue was due to incorrect listing information on Expedia or a mistake on the host’s side.“
