Was unseren Aufenthalt sehr eingeschränkt hat, uns unwohl hat fühlen lassen und wir nicht fassen konnten ist, dass der Vermieter verlangt, KEIN Toilettenpapier in die Toilette zu schmeissen, sondern in einen normalen Abfallkorb. « Die Wohnung ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, bzw. die Einrichtung ist veraltet. Geschmäcker sind sicherlich unterschiedlich, aber für mich war die Wohnung nicht schön eingerichtet.Das Mobiliar ist veraltet, das Bad abgenutzt, auf die Couch mochte ich nicht setzen.Ebenso ist das Treppenhaus nicht schön, sondern schmutzig und veraltet.Die Dachterrasse ist hingegen richtig klasse mit einem fantastischen Blick über Ortigia.
