"Sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig am Fluss gelegen. Freundlicher, persönlicher Service. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Kleine einfache aber nette Sauna inklusive. Das Bad ist vielleicht etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber das stört nicht: Es ist ja kein 5 Sterne Hotel und ich erwähne es nur, um auch etwas zu kritisieren. Alles ist praktikabel, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Parkplätze im Hof."

"Super expérience ! Les enfants ont adoré les équipements mis à disposition : salle de jeux, piscine, etc. Le restaurant était très bon et l’hôtel parfait pour nos séjours à Chamonix. Petit bémol concernant la réservation via le site Hotels.com : celui-ci indiquait que tout avait déjà été payé en ligne, à l’exception des taxes de séjour. Finalement, j’ai dû régler la totalité de la somme sur place."

"We chose this hotel for a weekend get-away anf we were 100% satisfied. Upon arrival we were upgraded due to the attention of the check-in staff who recognized that it was my wife's birthday. The entire hotel is unique, the architectual design is a lively mix of classic grandhotel mixed with wild and sometimes crazy design. Every staff member was super friendly and made our stay unforgettable. We booked a table for dinner and were told there's going to be a show. What a show it was!! Two awesome artists were presenting several show blocks with different musical styles and the entire house went wild (including dancing on the tables in the later parts of the night :-). The food was great, the selection good. We also shopped at the hotel shop were we found great deal. On the 2nd day we took advantage of the spa area where we enjoyed the heated pool, the saune and hammam. We highly recommend this hotel!"
